All waste is delivered to authorized environmental waste handling facilities. All waste disposals are documented via waste “manifest” reports. Waste manifests are available to all customers upon request.

ACF carries five million in liability insurance.

Note: When you hire a tank cleaning company, be sure it has adequate insurance and proper waste handling procedures.

The customer is legally responsible for waste, and this responsibility ends not when the waste is removed from from the site, but when it has been delivered to an authorized envirnomental waste facility.
